We engineered this 100 gallon chilled water skid specifically for Mini Osprey operators who need reliable chilled water without the scale of a full commercial buildout.

Built using the same design principles as our 300 gallon commercial system, this version is intentionally sized to match the real-world daily washing needs of Mini Osprey labs. It provides stable temperature control, consistent water flow, and properly scaled storage capacity while avoiding unnecessary water volume and electrical demand.

The system includes a 100 gallon vertical food-grade tank, a 6,000 BTU Arctica chiller, and a Lowtemp Industries built food-grade recirculation pump. All required fittings, valves, hoses, and a high-pressure sprayer are included for immediate integration into your wash workflow.

For labs seeking tighter control over mineral content and overall water consistency, this skid is available with an integrated Evolution-RO reverse osmosis system.

When paired with the Mini Osprey ecosystem, this skid completes the chilled water side of a compact solventless production setup.

Yes, that’s what most of our customers use to fill their water tanks. Simply connect or plumb a water line to the tank and let it fill up as needed. Be aware that depending on your building’s water pressure, it may take some time to get all 100 gallons of water tanked up.

We strongly suggest filtering your tap water into RO (reverse osmosis) before using it to wash with. This ensures your water is as clean as possible, which makes a better end product every time. Make sure to grab our RO filter upgrade kit if you don’t already have one.

That’s a personal preference – some hash makers swear by ice, and others only care about having their water be just above freezing. Whichever you choose to do, this system puts out water at 35°F. Just make sure if you’re using ice, it’s being made with RO too.

The chiller and tank come with a full 1 year warranty from manufacture defects.
