From full capacity upgrades that increase your batch size to backup clamps and O-rings, everything here is designed to keep your system running clean, safe, and consistent. All parts were manufactured by Lowtemp specifically to work with the LCD, so you can trust they’ll fit and perform exactly as intended. These are helpful to keep on hand, especially for high-volume production environments where downtime isn't an option.

  • Full Capacity Upgrade - Dosing Piston, chamber, 2 end caps, 2 tri clamp gaskets, 2 tri clamps, 2 Dosing Piston O-Rings - Increase throughput; LCD comes with 6 chambers so if you have a batch size that's bigger than 1,200 grams in one run, you need a full capacity upgrade. Adds another 200 grams prepped for every full capacity upgrade. 
  • Dosing Piston O-Rings - Set of 25 Dosing Piston O-Rings -  We strongly suggest replacing the o-rings every month for optimal performance based on anecdotal experience; every piston has 2 o-rings so a pack of 25 will get you 12 piston replacements with an extra in case one rips.
  • LCD Clamps - Set of 5 LCD tri clamps. Only use Lowtemp approved clamps to ensure both safety and balance of the centrifuge operation. - These are helpful to have on hand and are useful in case one breaks (although it's unlikely) or they get lost. It can't hurt to have some on hand just in case.
  • Dosing Tip and Full Cut Wire Assembly - Contains the dosing tip, cut wire assembly, cut wire, bearings, etc. - This replacement kit is for a full replacement of your cutting assembly in case it becomes damaged or if you're tired of cleaning them to dose all of your chambers. 
  • Cut Wires - Set of 10 Cut Wires for the Dosing Tip. - We strongly suggest having extra cutting wires because over time they will break due to tightening and use; they typically need to be replaced every month or slightly more often for very high-volume labs. 
  • Dosing Piston – Individual dosing piston for the LCD system. - Manufactured by Lowtemp to work seamlessly with the LCD. Useful to have on hand as a spare in case one becomes damaged, misplaced, or you're running extra chambers during large batch runs.

The Lowtemp Concentrate Dispenser was engineered to need a bare minimum amount of serviceable components and parts, so pick up some extras to ensure you’ve got what you need on hand at all times. Full Capacity Upgrade: this package increases the throughput and efficiency of your LCD by enabling you to prep another 200 grams per upgrade kit. This is important if you’ll run more than 1,200 grams in a single batch through the LCD at any given time as it comes with 6 of these parts packages out of the box. For example, if you run a maximum batch size of 2,000 grams at a time, then you’ll need to pick up 4 more of these Full Capacity Upgrade kits.

Extra Dosing Chamber: each dosing chamber is capable of holding about 200 grams of concentrates depending on the texture, so ensuring you have extra on hand is never a bad idea. You do need the Full Capacity Upgrade package however to more effectively increase throughput, just a heads up!

10 Pack of Cutting Wires: we strongly suggest picking up some extra cutting wires with your LCD to keep your machine humming all day, every day. They tend to break after about a month due to tightening and loosening of the metal, so make sure to have some on hand to avoid any unnecessary downtime. 

25 Pack of Dosing Piston O-Rings: having extra o-rings on hand is a must for your machine as we find that they tend to last about a month with frequent use, or less with very high volume dispensing. Each piston has 2 o-rings and this convenient pack comes with 25 total in case one happens to rip or get damaged.

5 Pack of LCD Tri-Clamps: just like the o-ring package, having a few extra LCD-specific tri-clamps on hand is always a good idea to ensure you’re not missing anything throughout your processing cycles. Each one is made from high quality stainless steel for maximum durability. 

Dosing Tip + Full Cut Wire Assembly: in the event that you damage your dosing tip or cut wire assembly, we have a full replacement kit ready to go. While this is a relatively rare scenario, anything can happen in the lab so we know you don’t have time to waste if your LCD goes down due to technician error negligence.
