The Headhunter SRS is a specialty sieve developed for final-stage purification of trichome heads. Built from precision-perforated 304 stainless steel, it separates heads from stalks and retains large contaminants on top of the screen. When paired with properly sized and cleaned input, the Headhunter can achieve collections exceeding 99% head purity—no glove static or voltage required. For best results, use with a supporting backing screen and limit run times to under two minutes per sieve.

Not in the traditional sense. No glove or power-supply static is needed to reach 99%+ purity with clean input.

During the development and manufacturing of the sieve several manufacturing methods and sieve styles were produced.  Eventually two manufactures were identified that are capable fo producing the sieve.  The original staggered pattern sieves were produced in the USA from 316 stainless steel.  The column pattered production sieve is manufactured from Japanese 304 stainless steel sheets that are perforated in China.  While there is a big push to produce products manufactured in the USA, the Chinese screens are the more economical choice and will allow more people access to this technology.
